Oct 31st I Ordered an extra large moka, received just 1/2 hot chocolate 1/2 coffee. Employee didn’t even add whip cream or chocolate drizzle as shown in their standard build. When I approached the employee asking if came with whip cream they said no, how I got it was how it is made. I had to go onto the Tim Hortons website and show the employee how it’s made.First off I don’t appreciate being lied to and instead of apologizing he simply stated do you want me to add it like he was doing me a favour. To which I replied no I would like to get what I paid for.Poor knowledge of the job and poor customer service.
The drive-thru line was stretched out to the street, so we opted to go inside. That turned out to be a mistake! Despite having only three people in front of us, it took over 30 minutes to get served. Meanwhile, there were four to five employees handling the drive-thru, but hardly anyone was attending to the indoor customers. Many people ended up leaving because of the long wait, which seems to be a common issue here. I understand that the drive-thru might take priority, but the people dining in are paying customers too!
I went in to order a Steeped Tea Double Double and a small iced cappuccino. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't know how to process my Tim's card for payment, and I ended up with a large coffee and a small iced cappuccino instead of my Steeped Tea. This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons, but after waiting seven minutes just to get someone to help me with my order, it's no longer my go-to spot.
This Tim Hortons location was clean, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed the environment very much, It was a fantastic place to have a meeting with a friend without having to scream over a crowd. The store was clean, as were the washrooms. All in all I was very comfortable and relaxed at the location and would most definitely recommend it and go again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered a steeped tea with double cream and double sugar, along with a small iced cappuccino. The cashier struggled to charge my Mastercard, and it took her 10 minutes to finally process the payment. To make matters worse, she ended up giving me a coffee instead. This used to be my go-to Tim's, but I won't be returning any longer.
The amount of times I’ve ordered like 2 things and they’ve taken 20 minutes to get it to me, not to mention it took 15 minutes to get me a plain bagel toasted with butter one time is actually
Apparently takes 15 minutes to make a farmers wrap. Cashier puts wrong order for the past 5 times I’ve went . Scammed my friend .
