Has to be one of the worst locations in Ottawa I’ve ever seen. The staff are just something else and they just lock the doors at the most random times. One time I tried walking in for a coffee at 5PM and the doors were locked while there were still customers inside looking equally confused ??? These guys never have food for some reason. The doors and Google said something about it closing at 11pm but when we walked in one of the staff was condescending about how it was closed and we were in 10 minutes past closing. It was 10:09pm. Don’t get me wrong there are some nice guys in the afternoon. I have tried going back multiple times to just get ignored at the drive thru, but it seems this locat...
The staffing situation is quite poor; they frequently lack enough employees to manage both the restaurant and the drive-thru. As a result, there are long lines at the drive-thru almost all the time, and the service is very slow. On one occasion, we decided to go inside to place an order because the drive-thru line was so long, only to be told to return to the drive-thru as they were unable to take orders inside. If you're looking for a quick visit, I'd recommend avoiding this place.
I've had similar experiences at the Tim Hortons in the plaza on Ogilvie Road, just down the street. This franchise has really declined. It’s time to step up the service. Also, there were coffee pots sitting there for hours. The promise of "always fresh" within 20 minutes is just misleading. Overall, it's disappointing and reflects poor leadership.
Almost every time I go to this Tim’s they mess up, when I asked for a blt with crispy onions, I don’t get them. I asked for it to not be toasted and it was toasted. Usual Tim Hortons... Coffee and food above average. Service not good because of attention lost to in coming customers, due to the rush to meet demands of drive ins. This is the third TH ' 's I 've been to, having baristas being unfamiliar to the usage of their cash register.
