This place needs to train their staff on good old fashioned “friendly customer service”.I went inside to place an order as well as ask a question about redeeming points. There was no one else in line and I approached the till where a younger female worker blonde with a lot of white makeup and red lipstick) was entering information on the till. Without looking up at me she said “What do you want?” rudely as she made me feel I was bothering her. So I didn’t answer to give her a moment to finish what she was doing. Tim Hortons has really gone down in standards they seem to not know how to make drinks, I order one thing and receive something totally different when I order a white Marble swirl hot chocolate and, I received a hot chocolate, topped with coffee beans, hard crunchy coffee beans. I have reserved the wrong order on multiple occasions, I do online orders so I can double check that I did indeed order the correct thing and it wasn’t my error when ordering but sadly usually get something different.
You have 2 long lines, wait forever to get your food. They repeat what you're ordered. They repeated at the window. They write on your thing exactly what you ask for and if you ask for it to you usually get coffee. I asked for AB. L. T sub I didn't get any bacon. No lettuce. No tomato, all I got on. There was chicken and some other. Look like pork taste like pork. I didn't get what I asked for this happens all the time

Wrong coffee, attendant was rude and impatient, refused to scan my card, and this has happened 3x less than a month at the Erie st n location. Special order with no eggs came with eggs and I'm allergic. Notification to the manager and no response after 3weeks.

This is one of the best Tim’s branch that I’ve ever visited, the staff for both drive thru pick up is amazing. The food drinks are always consistent in flavour, they truly make my mornings better!
As usual my order was not correct.I paid extra for cheddar cheese, but I didn't get it.Why is it so hard to get an order correct?
