To clarify, on the day this occurred (May 4), I did not email Tim Hortons, I actually contacted via the form you directed me to. Please see request 14236808. Original review: I placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready on time. I was directed to the pick up area and I had to keep waiving my hand and speaking up to get someone to help me. I know she saw my order because I said my first name and she said my last name. She gave me the donut and sent me to the sandwich pick up. I went to sandwich pick up and again had to get their attention. They directed me back to the mobile pick up. I explained...
Tim Hortons, Somerville is my all time favorite for fresh coffee! I used their catering services recently for our BRMS Teachers Appreciation Week Breakfast. The coffee was fresh, Muffins and Doughnuts were delicious! The communication was great! The Catering Manager Mr. Haque was very helpful with our order and thanks to the owner, for a generous discount! Thank you Tim Hortons Somerville, for making this a memorable experience. We truly appreciate it!
The kids really love it. I would recommend the place to anyone who has of age 6 months to 11 years old.. The help with passing out food and cake was awesome. Thank you
