We absolutely love their pizza! As New Yorkers with our own pizza preferences, we have high standards, and Vinnie's never disappoints. Beyond the amazing food, what really stands out is the service. Despite being busy and having long lines, the staff always takes the time to say thank you and show genuine appreciation for your business. This level of customer care is quite rare these days, but it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for that!
I had another disappointing meal at Vinnie, but I must admit that I never anticipated enjoying a burger at a pizza place as much as the one I had there. I ordered a Speck Cheeseburger and requested that the fries be made crispy. It turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever had—no mess, and it was a bit chaotic, just like a good burger should be! The fries were fantastic as well!
I think some of their workers are not polite, I called today to make an order and the guy who responded to my call laughed at me because my pronunciation, since he did not sign and I began to speak in Spanish and he was still laughing, after which I asked to cancel the order. You should be polite and respect the customers.

I drive 30 minutes (1 way) for the Chicken Francaise Pizza and Mozzarella sticks they are the absolute best! Everyone there is so nice too!
Fantastic restaurant! The pizza is absolutely delicious. I encountered a minor issue, but it was addressed swiftly and to my satisfaction.
Vinnie's has the best of everything. Above all, they have the best people working there, and Mr. Vinnie is so professional. I love it!
