My partner and myself stopped in to this location around 1pm today (January 14) to have a coffee and a bagel. I did not immediately notice the level of uncleanliness until I sat down. The table was filthy and not fit to eat at. I went to the counter to ask for a cloth to wipe the table and the staff told me they would wipe it. I then went to the washroom which was also very dirty with paper towel all over the floor. When I came out they still had not wiped the table. I looked around and the floors were not clean nor were any of the tables, In addition, the windows were dirty and a general atmosphere of neglect was apparent. I travel a lot and Ave been in Tim Horton's from cast to coast. Both f the locations in Fort St. John are by a good measure the dirtiest filthiest I have ever been to. Hey, the food is the same a any other TH, but do you want to eat it around over flowing garbage cans, garbage on mere then half the tables, garbage on the floor, parking lot, drive through... Yuk. Oh, and the crack dealer jest outside the door is a nice touch too. Even the TH in Chilliwack with security doors on the washrooms is cleaner than this place
I was disappointed during my last visit to Tim Hortons because A I had to wait in the empty lobby for someone to come to the counter to help me (their lobby supposedly opens at 5am and at this time it was nearly 6am) B I was hoping to order breakfast only to be told that they were not yet serving food...after being open for an hour... I ended up just getting a coffee and going to work hungry...staff was polite once I got service, and the coffee was good as always
I went last night waited 5 mins at the drive thru speaker with no greeting. I finally went inside and they said they were busy (one car) ok, you couldn't even acknowledge me and say a greeting . As well as there food always seems dry and old. There wedges suck. How can you even serve tiny burnt cold hard pieces??? No matter which location I don't order the food anymore. Strictly coffee and doughnuts.
Ok, I know there are only 2 Tim Horton's in Fort St. John, but this one is far more superior to the other one, better service, a better layout for the drive thru, and better staff. I love knowing that when I need a coffee quickly this Tim Horton's is always quick, efficient, and the line up is never crazy (unlike the one on the highway which always has a line up out onto the street).
Timmys Timmys Timmys, you seem to always be trying to get better yet I really feel like your not. You have one thing going for you and that is your service. You make that line move quick and for that I applaud you. Price is reasonable too.
Good service! Good coffee....and great donuts! We needed a snack, and these donuts hit the spot while my wife and I checked out the city! You'll love these donuts!
Great, fast service. Excellent meal. The staff were friendly and busy, they were polite and quick workers. The coffee was excellent as always.
Nice staff and they really hustle you through, so nice for people in a rush, it means a lot and I can't count on the product too
