Ordered through Doordash and I am incredibly disappointed. Asked for extra crispy fries with no salt on both my chili cheese fries and order of regular fries, and they PUT SALT and the fries were undercooked flimsy and soggy ?. But that’s not the worst part. My cheeseburger was partially raw?!!! ? It took me a few bites of the burger before realizing it tasted off and when I looked down saw what appeared to be a partially cooked frozen patty. I actually lost my appetite. This place isn’t what it used to be. Will not be ordering from here again.
What a pleasant surprise!! A new owner with a multitasking cook, sever, and covered the register. The owners were there and gave their worker complete trust to get the food out. We had the teriake chicken which had a scoop of rice with an egg. Great salad on the plate. A very nice plate of delicious food. They have hamburger combos plus they give local students a discount. We will definitely go back. Parking: Parking is always an issue anywhere. However Tom's is on the corner with parking in back.
Came in to try to kimbap and bulgogi plate it was so yummy! It is a bit pricey since the burger don't come as combo unless you want to which a burger is almost 7 bucks and add a drink and fries 4.50 so yeah that adds on quick. The fries are very good and actually are seasoned right! But the bulgogi plate and spicy chicken and the bulgogi kimbap love it!!!!! Also loved the owner I believe was signing when I arrived on the karaoke machine super cute! Definitely do come and try their food.
I haven't visited in quite some time, but this restaurant has changed drastically since the new owners took over. The burgers and tacos used to be exceptional, and it genuinely saddens me to see how the new management has affected the quality. Every time I drive by, the place looks completely lifeless and deserted, with barely any cars in the parking lot. To the new owners, why did you have to ruin such a fantastic burger joint?

If I could give this place stars I would. I have no idea how this place is open so disgusting. I went a few days ago and saw a RAT run across the restaurant PLUS my burger had MOLD ON THE BREAD ! And when I brought it up to the new owner he didn’t even seem apologetic or offer a refund ! WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER TO EAT HERE !!!!!
I noticed that the restaurant is under new management again, so I decided to check it out. When I arrived, it was quite empty, but the new owner was very friendly and recommended the chicken teriyaki bowl. I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised—it was really delicious! I would definitely recommend it.
Missed this place. I used to go for lunch nearly every day before the pandemic. I'll be visiting u guys soon if I land the job nearby ? I'm sure soon. BM/BBU CHILI FRIES AND BURGERS ON HIT ?
Their diner type food was always good but now that they've added Korean food I am extra excited to stop by more often. Their bulgogi is good as well as their tuna kimbap.

I ordered a protein style double cheeseburger and it came drenched in a watery spread, when I mentioned it to cashier he told I'm sorry for your opinion, and walked away.
