I want to mention that I've encountered a few issues with my orders, either due to app glitches or, in one instance, because our order was mistakenly given to someone else with a similar-sounding name. Despite these mishaps, I'm rating this Toppers with 5 stars for two main reasons. First, their pizza is exceptionally good. Second, the staff's response to mistakes is commendable. They quickly identified the issues, offered sincere apologies, and resolved the problems with a level of professionalism that's rare these days. Every business makes mistakes, but the way they handle these situations speaks volumes about their values. This Toppers genuinely cares about its customers and community.
This place was quite a sight!! First, I walked in, and was greeted by the beast like aura of an employee. I asked for a large pizza, and they responded that my back was large enough and I should downsize to a small. I then, requested to speak to a manager. The manager came to the front and decided to put me in a headlock after I said his employee was rude. The manager threw me over the counter and tried to stuff me in the oven saying, my “back could be a meal to someone”. I am disappointed and I still did not get a large pizza…I got the small.

Overall, everything was excellent, and the deals were fantastic. The boneless wings could use some improvement, but aside from that, everything was wonderful.

The toppings on the pizza are delightful and fresh, and the manager, Josh, is a really cool and great employee.
