When we got to the restaurant both outdoor entrances were locked. You have to go through the Red Lyon Hotel to get in but there were no signs indicating this. This was frustrating. When we got in there were a couple of workers standing on the other side of the room looking at something. Not sure what but they weren 't paying any attention to customers. We were in line behind a couple who must have been standing there unseated for a few minutes because they had just asked if someone could seat them. Terrible inedible food. Pictures from 3-4 years ago are not accurate representation of the food now. I’m not picky and seldom criticize restaurants. My partner and I could not finish our $78 meal. No flavor in anything. Rice, beans, meat, corn, burritos all inedible and disgusting. We were hungry and hoped a non chain resort restaurant would have had better food. Disappointed and a huge waste of money. Whoever is in charge of designing the recipes should please quit to save us all.
We went at 8 pm and it took an hour to get food and the bill paid. They only had one waitress and it was absolutely freezing so we couldn't wait to leave. The chicken empanadas were very dry, small, and the dough was overcooked. I managed to eat one of the three. I know the waitress didn't take off the 10% coupon from the hotel. $8 for a tiny kid's cheese quesadilla and $12 down the drain for 3 horrible half sized empanadas.

Great food, fantastic service, especially Big E our server. Prices were comparable for the food served. Only complaint I had was I was supposed to get a free appetizer because I reserved my table online. I failed to take a copy of my reservation confirmation, and apparently it was nothing registered electronically on my reservation because it was never offered to me. Other than that, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Seriously good food! Best burrito I’ve ever had! This is the second time my husband and I got to enjoy tortilla rica this week and we obviously love it! Great portions great food! Great staff! And great drinks! This place is seriously under ratedFood: 5/5
Hour to get served. New waiter without guidance. Hour to get bills. Then unable to split checks even tho we requested separate ones. Terrible. Will never return. Management not involved and obviously does not care.
Rude manager, very bad experience. For sure won’t be coming back and would NEVER recommend to a friend. I would tell them to go to Taco Bell that’s down the street over your restaurant
