Customer service is disappointing. First I waited for cashier to help me. After they I took my order 1 small latte I waited for my drink for more than 20 minutes. While I was waiting I noticed barista had to redo few drinks she made before. I took a lot of her time and I kept waiting. Then the barista ended shift and another started but still no drinks. I asked twice about it, but still was waiting till second barista finished orders. When I tasted latte, I burned my tongue. So i got a chance to taste it in another 20 min. Obviously no one said hi/bye/thank you/sorry for the wait… Customer service is 0/5.
Waited over 25 min for a iced macchiato and milk tea boba drink. We assume she somehow lost our ticket order or accidentally threw it away because when we pointed out that we had been waiting for our order the worker proceeded to look down and search for the ticket. We had to remind them twice we were still waiting and on top of that despite waiting when she realized she didn’t make our order she still continued making other orders.
Very good costumer service! It’s a very cozy cafe. The pastries are very good. Yet to try the cake but I heard that it’s good. I highly recommend this cafe if you’re looking for a quick catching up with friends/family.
We accidentally came when they were closing. But they were still so friendly. We tried a lot of what they had left. It was so great. They are my favorite bakery. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place has amazing unique pastry in sweet and savory varieties. Delicious cloud bread, macaron, cakes, donuts and coffees. Kind of expensive, but worth it.
they don’t serve drinks if you go after 7:30 pm, since they’re closing at 8 pm. bad customer service. they were cleaning before the store even closed….
Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a good variety pastries to choose from. However, I think I prefer the one in Naperville. I would go again.
