have been twice to this place and the first time (the fall 2015) really enjoyed the variety of Sardinian-style menu (lots of great fish!.) Already then was surprised that the waiter (an Italian) did not know what DOC or DOCG means while we were choosing the wines. Last time I was there, the menu turned out to be an average Italian, many typical Sardinian dishes unfortunately dissapeared - the food was still very good though. What was disappointing was the service - kind of a nice Italian guy, but not efficient at all despite very few guests in the restaurant. I had to re-order the water and a digestif, the wines to the primo and secondo were served far too late - the waiter was poetically op...
we were looking forward to a great evening. It was very long before someone took care of us. at last our table was assigned to us. after that there was nothing again for a long (10 minutes). then we got the card. had not the possibility to order drinks, aperos etc. we finally got to order the drinks. sito moresco is available in an open mind. the year is looking for forgiveness. on the bill was then magari. angelo will be happy(.) the lamb smell unfortunately not after lamb. the waiter explained that it was lamme, he was also chef. whatever. we will not pilger so fast after muttenz.
Ich habe hier schon zweimal gegessen und es war jedes Mal eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir haben sehr gute sardische Gerichte bekommen, die auch problemlos angepasst werden konnten. Sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend! Die Besitzer sind vor Ort und sehr freundlich, wir haben uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Kellner war sehr charmant, typisch italienisch! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne zurück, um noch mehr von Sardinien zu erleben!
Had dinner with a friend and we were one of three tables occupied that evening. Not sure how the restaurant survives. We had a selection of Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses which was nice enough followed by sea bass which was tough and rather chevy, baked with eggplant and pecorino cheese. Overall a disappointment.
Unkompetenter, mäßig freundlicher Service, Kalbssteak (Menü 2) zäh und tatsächlich, nach der Beschwerde kam wieder das Gleiche (wurden nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas anderes möchten) auch undenkbar. Der volle Betrag wurde berechnet, eine Nachfrage beim Koch und/oder eine Entschuldigung blieben aus. Nie wieder!
hello live to basilea,chef of cuisine also I and I come from the sardegna, they recommended to me the local,verro soon surely. The fact that there is a Sardinian restaurant in basilea(müttenz) prenounces good food and much heart in doing so. I propose I repeat so curious.
Schöner Ort, jedoch der Rest lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Der Service ist schlecht und die Wartezeiten sind lang. Das Essen habe ich mir viel besser vorgestellt. Enttäuscht. Es gibt bessere Restaurants in der Umgebung.
the images of the site are false and misleading. The address is correct and it is an Italian specialty store with bistro. the service is friendly and the coffee '' espresso' is excellent. a very good time on the terrace.
we are barely sat and have already felt comfortable. the reception and then the service were warm. that eat delicious and as we are used to from our holidays in sardinia. a visit is definitely worth it.
