I've officially become a regular at this restaurant. Most of the staff knows my order, and some even know me by name. I've become a regular because the Bahama Mama and ham sandwich on 9-grain bread are absolutely fantastic. Both the smoothie and the sandwich are always made to perfection and taste incredible. All the ingredients are high quality, fresh, and you can really tell they’re made with care. The ambiance is well-designed, visually appealing, and clean. The employees seem genuinely happy to work there, and they're very accommodating of my quirks. Overall, it's a delightful spot!

They are the textbook definition of efficiency. They are well trained and seem happy to work there. Every time I walk in, my drink is already made and I'm greeted with smiling faces. This is not the case at all tropical smoothie stores but Dunn Loring nails it every time.

The staff at this location are truly outstanding. They always create a positive atmosphere, and are welcoming, friendly, polite, and attentive. I actually drive 7 miles to come here because of the excellent service. There's another place within walking distance of my house, but their customer service is lacking, and their smoothies just don't compare. The team at the Merrifield location is fantastic. Keep up the great work, everyone! Thank you!

I?ve had so many smoothies from this Tropical Smoothie location. They always get the consistency and proportions right. I can use the app to order ahead, grab it and go. They prepare the food well also, and quickly!
Very rude and disrespectful staff. The lady At the register has a trashy attitude and if u ask them any questions they look at you like they’re about to throw a fit. If you don’t like your job simply quit it.
Great customer service! Sammich was hot and smoothie (Detox Island) was nice! Definitely going to revisit and would recommend to others!
Nice selection of smoothies and sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Very clean. They have breakfast all day.
