I really have been holding out and I have never written a review if that tells you anything. I live super close so I come often because of the convenient hours a healthy option and the plant-based substitutions for the meals. unfortunately The smoothies are very inconsistent as well as is good customer service. The line always takes at least 20 minutes. smoothies are hit or miss so is the food, and I Ordered two of the same reps online except one was supposed to have plant base chicken. after taking a few bites of the wrap I realized that it wasn't plant-based chicken it was real chicken. If I could give them a 0 star I would. We have given this location MULTIPLE opportunities by ordering from them. $30 for two meals plus delivery and tip charges, the meal should be done right. We didn't receive our shakes the first time around (they asked us to come pick them up after paying $4.99 to have them delivered plus $5 tip. The second time we didn't get our flatbread made correctly, they literally put NOTHING in them, just chicken, this last final time we tried ordering and they sent us watery shakes and no sides. This has to be the worst location I've ever ordered from, hands down.
it is late in the night, drove to tropical smoothie to order eating. go into the restaurant and noticed how clean it was, it looked like a clean fee magie cleaned it. the customer service was even amazing. Allyson was polite and friendly. eating was good, I also put an order for a smoothie with my meal. I order the peanut butter paradies smoothie, which contains peanut butter and bananas. they could either bring more peanut butter or not so much banana. other than this way to go tropical, they keep the good work
we were the only customers in the restaurant and we drove through the journey through our work break and sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches and 1 smoothie. Once we finally got our food, the smooth was completely watered and the hunch pesto some, as burned, but also very cold in the middle. cheese was not melted, they did not add the pfeffer jacket that I paid extra, and the quesadilla lacked the sauce. I never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. To keep it short, I just thinks this location needs new management. The food gets made incorrectly. The wait times are atrocious. Waited 20 minutes in the drive while at the mic to place my order without a “hold on it’ll be a second” or anything then another 5-10 after placing the order for two smoothies. Don’t know if theyre understaffed or just that the workers don’t like working there cause it don’t seem like it.
Worst tropical smoothie location consistently. Being a business in the area myself I try over and over to give this TS another chance but I'm always let down. They literally never make my food right and it always takes at least 20 minutes, even when they're slow. The owner clearly doesn't care about who he hires because it's always some barely legal teenager with a terrible attitude. .
smoothie was good but the customer service was not. server got grouchy about customers showing up an hour before close. would be understandable if closer to closing. slammed drive through door AND dropped my change with no apology. i'm taking my service to a different location. invest in more capable employees

This is always a good place to go for food or smoothies. I love they're smoothies. They are short staffed however they get you served with a smile. One of my favorite spots to hit. Enjoy ?
