I live super close so I come often because of the convenient hours a healthy option and the plant-based substitutions for the meals. unfortunately The smoothies are very inconsistent as well as is good customer service. The line always takes at least 20 minutes. smoothies are hit or miss so is the food, and I Ordered two of the same reps online except one was supposed to have plant base chicken. after taking a few bites of the wrap I realized that it wasn't plant-based chicken it was real chicken. I was in last night and I will tell you this. My order was awesome. On top it was getting to be close to 10 pm. I live close by. So I rode my bike. On my way out of the store. I realized my bike had been stolen by a man picking up his order before mine was ready. A young lady named Amy went far and beyond help to get from her store manager and police by phone. She was so wonderful. I just wanted to give this young lady a big Thank you ?? and will definitely be back. The food and smoothie rock?? again Amy rock's also. Tropical smoothie is lucky to have her as an employee ????
If I gave them a 0 star. We have given this location MULTIPLE possibilities by ordering them. $30 for two meals plus shipping costs and tips, the meal should be made right. We didn't get our shakes for the first time (they asked us to pick them up after we paid $4.99 to deliver them plus $5 tip. The second time that we did not make our flatbread right, they literally NOTHING in them, only chicken, this last time that we tried order and they sent us water shakes and no pages. This must be the worst place I've ever ordered.
It is late at night, drove to Tropical smoothie to order food. Go to the restaurant and noticed how clean it was, it looked like a clean fairy magic cleaned it. Customer service was even amazing. Allyson was polite and friendly. The food was good, I also put an order for a smoothie with my meal. I order the Peanut butter paradise smoothie containing peanut butter and bananas. You could either bring more peanut butter or not so much bananas. Other than this way to go Tropical, keep the good work

We were the only customers in the restaurant and we went through our break and sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches and 1 smoothie. Once we finally got our food, the smoothie was completely watered and the chicken pesto some, as burned, but also very cold in the middle. Cheese was not melted, they did not add the pepper jack for which I paid extra, and the queen was missing the sauce. I usually love trophy, but I will never be here again
I never write negative reviews, but that's ridiculous. To keep it short, I just think that this location needs a new management. The food is done wrong. Waiting times are cruel. Wait 20 minutes in the drive while on the microphone to hold my order without one? Is it a second? or anything else 5-10 after the order for two smoothies. Do not know if they are understaffed or only that the workers do not like to work there because it does not seem that way.
Worst tropical smoothie location consistently. Being a business in the area myself I try over and over to give this TS another chance but I'm always let down. They literally never make my food right and it always takes at least 20 minutes, even when they're slow. The owner clearly doesn't care about who he hires because it's always some barely legal teenager with a terrible attitude. .
Went here and asked for turkey bacon ranch (no ranch, light chipotle mayo) got it wrong, went back to re make it and made it very clear no ranch and light mayo, this time it was drenched in mayo, told them about it asking if this is some joke, and they said they made it the way they?re supposed to, this place is garbage and won?t be returning!

smoothie was good but the customer service was not. server got grouchy about customers showing up an hour before close. would be understandable if closer to closing. slammed drive through door AND dropped my change with no apology. i'm taking my service to a different location. invest in more capable employees
This is always a good place to go for food or smoothies. I love they're smoothies. They are short staffed however they get you served with a smile. One of my favorite spots to hit. Enjoy ?
