As first-time customers, we were informed by an employee that they were short-staffed and could only offer smoothies, not food. One employee was sitting at a table and got up to walk behind the register when we approached. Both employees stood there seemingly unoccupied. We simply wanted bowls—essentially smoothies without the blending—and found it absurd and embarrassing for a business to operate this way. I hope this isn't their usual standard. It's unlikely that we'll return to this location anytime soon. In contrast, at the Flowood location, a teenage boy took our order and payment, prepared our bowls, and made a smoothie all by himself in under five minutes.
To make matters worse, the employee didn’t take down my name or number and casually said, “Oh yeah, I see it right here.” I hope she enjoyed the smoothie I paid for! I’ve decided that I’ll start going to the store to make it myself. At least then I can ensure I get what I paid for. It would have been so simple for her to just send it back out. In contrast, when Pizza Hut forgot something in my order, they apologized and promptly sent it out via DoorDash without any hassle on my part.
This location is better than 5 stars. They are perfection! They get more flow of traffic in that gas station than it does for gas. I still don't know the name of the gas station! The professionalism and prompt service from the staff makes this one of your best stops for lunch or dinner! Nothing is a bad choice if you go here!
I waited patiently for the cashier to finish chatting with customers who weren't ordering, but I ended up being completely ignored. The service needs significant improvement, as they are consistently very slow whenever I visit. I definitely wouldn't recommend stopping here if you only have 45 minutes to get to work.

I have been stuck in a hotel next door for a week and have gone twice. My smoothies were excellent. The sandwhich and the Greek yogurt bowl were on point. The service was friendly and the order was perfect. Didn't have one issue with my 2 visits.
Hire workers more mature than high school students. Was standing at the counter trying to place an order and the workers were all around me looking past me at a car they liked. Straight up ignored me.
Every time I order I always have to remind them I have a sandwich with my order. They are completely unaware of their orders. And what goes with what order.
They just throwing the food together with no wax paper in he box. And left out my sauce that I paid for.
