I have visited this restaurant countless times. I moved to Florida five years ago and there are no Tubbys locations there, so I always make a point to visit when I'm back home. Today, when I went there, I noticed that there are now three other brands displayed on the building beside Tubbys. I am not sure what they were, as I do not remember, but I believe one of them was a pizza place and the other was a cupcake shop. Upon entering, it looked somewhat abandoned and I had to yell through a bulletproof window to get someone's attention. I was just about to leave when someone finally appeared from the back. I ordered my two subs, which were good as usual, but the place itself was a bit dirty. N...
This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. I have been here several times since I live nearby and have been let down every time. They are always out of something you want. Today, I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and cheese, but the server almost gave me a regular sandwich. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before she finished making it, as she was more focused on cleaning the grill than making my sandwich hot. It seems like the employees at this restaurant are not properly trained and are just family members who have been forced to work there with a negative attitude.
I just got the largest sub they have here I hadn’t ate all day. I ordered a chicken and cheeses and there was absolutely sprinkles of meat in here. It was basically a bread sandwich. I’m this was ridiculous. 1st time coming here. LAST TIME coming here. They should be ashamed of themselves. I just paid $15 for bread sandwich with lettuce and tomato’s. I couldn’t even taste the meat there was so little of it
Alexis provided exceptional customer service and had a great personality. I was impressed with her ability to provide outstanding service while also being very friendly. The food at this restaurant has always been excellent, but it's rare to find such high-quality customer service as well. It's clear that the staff here is dedicated to making customers feel welcome. If no one wants to work or be up front, you should flip the open sign to closed. I’ve always come to this location but I just stood inside their building for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back. No one ever came to make our food.
This the only one I eat from under 8 mile. Fast. Listen well!!!! Always get my bacon well done!!! They treat me like family!! Shop with these beautiful ppl ?
This location does not use the tubbys original sesame seed sub rolls. It changes the taste, the experience of a tubbys sub!
