Everything about this ramen house is amazing! Appetizers: Fried calamari, cooked perfectly tender and crisp Gyoza, delicate flavor but satisfying Wonton in chili oil, perfect heat with great flavor Ramen: I had the duck ramen, spicy. Flavorful solid broth. Chewy slurpable handmade noodles. Fatty tender slices of duck. And the obligatory marinated egg...I actually didn't dislike(which is saying a lot given I hate hard boiled eggs) My girlfriend got the duck, not spicy. Her daughter got the spicy beef and let us try, the beef was meltingly tender. If you like ramen then get here immediately and return as soon as possible!
I really appreciate how the noodles are both bouncy and slightly chewy because they’re handmade; it makes a significant difference. Personally, I think Noodle Man is overrated. They tend to cater more to non-Asian taste preferences with their rather bland broth! This place is truly a hidden gem—so good! If you’re looking for authentic, tasty Chinese food, you should definitely stop by. Honestly, this might be one of only three truly authentic Chinese restaurants in all of Virginia Beach! Come and see for yourself.
Absolutely fantastic... Spring rolls full of flavor...crab wontons outstanding the duck sauce is even great. Husband had fried rice it was the best...now the ramon was the best i ever had and that bowl was jam packed with yumminess.. Its a hole in the wall dont let the older center its in scare you...the inside is clean decorated and inviting...its small but nice. Travelers give them a chance take the 4 mile drive from the beach rip off places.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. While it wasn't traditional Japanese ramen, it was delicious nonetheless. The duck ramen soup was fantastic—light yet full of flavor, just like all the other dishes we tried, including the gyoza, beef curry, and wonton soup. This restaurant is a hidden gem. I ordered a spicy beef ramen and the broth was on point. It seems like they make their own noodles which is very unique. The beef and eggs tasted better than other Japanese ramen restaurant's I've been before. Definitely need more recognition
I have ordered many times for pick up from twisted café. It is some of the best takeout Chinese food in town. It is consistently an excellent experience. Recommend the spicy tofu skin, stirfried Ramen, and general Tso‘s chicken.
5 star for the Ramen... very very good. The other Chinese food is also good large portions. We had all the desserts the cheese cake and fried ice cream were the best. Very reasonable drink, dessert, and appetizer prices.

Absolutely delicious! You must make a stop here. The service is excellent and quick. The food is definitely worth the price, which is quite reasonable. The stir fry ramen is fantastic!
