I went on a weird rant here yesterday, but this review will be only about this brewery.I always liked the Hubbard 's cave side only, mainly because I 'm an IPA guy. They usually have five or six reasonably priced beers on tap. Then they also always have at least six beers that are $12 for only an 8-oz glass. I never really understood the marketing aspect of this. It 's about the same on the to-go only side, they have refrigerators with tall cans that are about half as much as the taps.Most of the staff are cool. There's a large selection of beers. I recommend a tasting to try a few.We ordered the seasoned fries and pimento cheese dip as starters. Both excellent.The kids got hot dogs with fruit, my wife got the salad, and I ordered the brisket with a biscuit.There is only one BBQ sauce flavor add it was fine. What a great place. We knew it was there from shopping at the nearby Costco, Target and Aldi's but hadn't gone yet. Went with another family and it was great. The beer was top notch. The staff was really nice and extremely quick. The ordering system is unique as you QR scan. order and they bring out your beer/food. Really cool and VERY fast.We will definitely be back. Only one word of warning is that the parking appears to be pretty tight. The space is very cool and there is lots of room inside and outside. The beer was really good. Food we had was just okay. We were given an incorrect sauce and when we asked a staff person if it looked correct, they told us they didn't know what the sauce was supposed to look like. They definitely gave us a mustard instead of a spicy sauce (monster sauce).The weirdest part was they told us we couldn't sit at one of the picnic tables, which was the majority of the seating, because we were a party of 2. They said tables were too sought after for people with kids and dogs and had to be reserved for parties of 2. But since being here I've seen 4 tables sit down with 2 people without reservations...
I decided to have lunch at this place and the BBQ was absolutely delicious. The burgers stood out as my favorite due to their juicy and flavorful nature. While the smoked hot wings were decent, they didn't quite reach the same level. On the other hand, the brisket burger and Mac and cheese were satisfyingly good. The service provided was commendable, and I'm already planning to return for some beers in the future.
We recently hosted a company event on the patio and it was fantastic. Food was great. Beers were very good. The service was awesome, special shoutout to Shannon for being so helpful before, during, and after. Would definitely recommend reaching out to HC if you are in need of a space for your event.
Pretty much had the whole outside patio area to ourselves on a Wednesday night around 7:30 pm. The food came out fast and the BBQ was a lot tastier and tender than I had remembered from my last visit. Will be back more!
I have been here twice now. Both times I’ve been really good. Food is always been spot on. Staff is always friendly seating is always pretty easy and they have music on Sundays and an outside area.
Staff was very friendly seating us and made sure our kiddo had a high chair. I love the outdoor seating area. Bbq is great, enjoyed the brisket, and beer is tasty.
