Wow, what a hidden gem! The ambience is lovely inside (though there is also outdoor seating). Inside is dimly lit in a cozy room that makes you feel like you're in an old rustic tavern in Europe somewhere. There's a bartender half-hidden from view at the second level who sends cocktails down through an old dumbwaiter system. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the polenta and fettunta as appetizers. The fried bits of butternut squash in the polenta was a nice touch, and the pesto in the fettunta was en pointe. I had the tagliatelle with crab as my main course, and oh, the pasta is made fresh and you can taste the difference. What an unexpected find! Eating here made me almost feel like...
This restaurant used to be a favorite spot for dinner, but recently they have become greedy. They have added more tables than the small kitchen can handle, resulting in forgotten orders and long waits for dishes. Additionally, they often run out of items without informing customers until much later. Despite these issues, the food is always delicious once it finally arrives.
This place is literally a hidden gem! We love everything about it. They serve fresh seasonal food cooked in a small open kitchen to perfection! It’s cute, cozy, and romantic. Very small inside with maybe 10 tables but they manage to be consistently great every time we’ve dined here. One of our favorite Italian “go to” restaurants. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
food was amazing in every aspect! the portions were perfect, i never finish my plate but the amount of food they serve for each dish is perfect. on top of that, it was easy to finish because it was so good!! our waitress was very kind and attentive. great service all around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Waaaay too salty. So much so as to be inedible. Maybe the regular chef was off? The pasta was a bit overcooked for our taste. I also didn't see any big farm to table action happening in the dishes. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person was $100 or more. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Pollo Milanese, Chocolate Mousse, Grilled Octopus, and Milan Clams.
