I 'm very disappointed in my Easter delivery. I have family in from out of town and ordered appropriately for everyone, including 8 muffins, but only 4 were delivered. When I called the store they explained I only paid for 4. But I ordered online. I checked my order and it indicated 8 muffins were ordered but they only charged me for 4. Apparently it 's a known issue at the store but they never contacted me to correct the order. They just delivered the 4 muffins like that was going to be ok.Also, don 't bother with their weekend lox and bagels special. They literally deliver everything separately including a whole onion and a whole tomato. Thanks I guess? They do sell presliced veggies but t...
Good bagels. Sometimes they are harder than most. The people are not so friendly and rude. They were not accommodating during Covid and give you a hard time about half price bagels after 3:00 . One time a worker told me they didn't do that anymore.
Great bagels! Good selection of spreads. Love their breakfast bagel sandwiches and they're lox. They are very busy on the weekends, order ahead if you don't want to wait a long time. Writing this review made me crave bagels.
Great bagels but prices have gotten out of line. Everywhere else is $1.10-1.15. Upper crust is $1.70. Kettle boiled east coast bagels at NY bagel and bialy are $1.10
Real, fresh deli bagels with amazing matzo ball soup and turkey salt bagel sandwiches. The only real bagel place in the Chicago suburbs, and it’s SO GOOD!
