I 'm very disappointed in my Easter delivery. I have family in from out of town and ordered appropriately for everyone, including 8 muffins, but only 4 were delivered. When I called the store they explained I only paid for 4. But I ordered online. I checked my order and it indicated 8 muffins were ordered but they only charged me for 4. Apparently it 's a known issue at the store but they never contacted me to correct the order. They just delivered the 4 muffins like that was going to be ok.Also, don 't bother with their weekend lox and bagels special. I frequently visit this place for lunch. The lunch specials are fantastic, and the service is fast and efficient. It's a great spot for bagels and deli items, conveniently located. The bagels and sandwiches are delicious, and I’m sure everything else on the menu is just as good. I’ve also been to their sister location on Dundee in Northbrook, and it’s excellent too.
Stale, dry, and devoid of flavor. The service was incredibly rude (we're not in New York), making it hard to recommend this place. It was a waste of both time and money. If the customer service reflects the quality of the food, it's no surprise that the bagels were excessively crusty—like trying to spread cream cheese on cardboard and sawdust.
This is my favorite spot for bagel sandwiches. I always look for reasons to drive here from the city because I haven't found anywhere else that serves bagel sandwiches as delicious as those at Upper Crust.

I lived in Brooklyn until 2020, and I can say that Upper Crust is at least on par with the average bagel shop in NYC. They truly capture the right atmosphere. The only thing they lack is a coffee menu.
The bagels are fantastic, and the hand-cut nova and sweet relish tuna salad are exceptional! This place is always our go-to spot, and their catering trays are wonderful!
Real, fresh deli bagels with amazing matzo ball soup and turkey salt bagel sandwiches. The only real bagel place in the Chicago suburbs, and it’s SO GOOD!
Great customer service, Quick with getting orders out. Fresh bagels with great assortment of bagels and spreads. Plenty of parking.
