I’ve tried a few boxes and vegemeup is my favourite for a few reasons. The first being how healthy and tasty the meals are. Often food boxes where you select vegetarian are super carb heavy with lots of fillers and processed foods. The meals on offer are the opposite. Super filling yet not heavy and very tasty! I also like how sustainable the packaging is. When I first started trying foodboxes I was horrified at the amount of plastic there was on each individually wrapped item. We've had a few meal kit deliveries and this is by far the best. The ingredients are proper quality items and the instructions are easy to follow. What really stands out for me is how good you feel when you add more fresh veg and variety to your meals, as a traditional low carb eater I found this vegmeup way more satisfying and I never felt like snacking after dinner. I must say I was really impressed with the produce, recipes and the ease of preparation of the meals. The meals are very tasty and I even loved the tofu which I've always stayed away from.
