Since I discovered this place, no other pizza or pasta restaurant in the RDU area comes close! I almost hesitate to share it because the owner is already so busy, haha. My mother and I have tried nearly everything on the menu, and we've never been disappointed. If Dave Portnoy were to have a cheese pizza here, he would find everything that makes a pizza great: a crispy, fluffy crust, excellent cheese, and rich sauce. The vegetarian options and salads are always fresh, and the grilled chicken that accompanies the salad is seasoned to perfection. The stromboli is fantastic, and the loaded fries are delicious. I come here almost every week and will definitely keep returning!
Absolutely delicious! The original Stromboli and pear salad prepared by the unforgettable owner left a lasting impression on me. I truly hope this place makes it through the challenges of the pandemic. Whenever I visit a new restaurant and see regular customers coming in for their favorite dishes, it fills me with a sense of warmth. When the food lives up to the hype, I can't help but join in on the compliments. The owner has a genuine passion and talent for what he does. AMAZING! We're still here enjoying our meal and couldn't wait to share our experience. We're spending the night here before heading north, and we tried the Meatball and Philly Loaded Grinders. We also ordered a slice of pizza since it's a pizza place—delicious! Everything has been simply outstanding, bursting with flavor. The service is quick, but it doesn't have that fast food vibe or taste. This place is a must-visit for anyone passing through, and we're sure the locals already know how great it is!
I've come recently to this place not knowing what to expect. The place is small and comfy and kinda hidden behind a gas station. Theres two other restaurants next to it. Spanish food I think but I've never tried them. Anyways Vicinos is a small joint but their pizza has big taste. And they are not only about pizza. Subs, wings, Spaghetti, lasagna you name it. I wasn't disappointed. I don't think you will be disappointed either.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly! She took my call twice and was able to quickly modify my order with no fuss and no attitude. Great service! Even though they were busy, the order was still quick and accurate. Not to mention , their NY style pizzas are delicious. My office will be ordering there again for our next slice!
The best calzon I have eaten. There is enough for two unless you're really hungry. The people come around to check on you and make sure everything is good. This restaurant is in the strip mall behind a gas station. A hidden gem. They did take place in the triangle for best pizza, and you need to try it

Authentic taste and a small gem in this land of terrible, lackluster, and no real flavor having state. Fresh pizza made superbly and I'd go there again and anytime I visit Raleigh-Durham I will stop here.

The food and service were excellent. They rebake the pizza upon request, and I was able to select my favorite toppings for each slice! I absolutely loved it!
The ONLY Pizza ? I like in the triangle!!! The best thing that 's close to home. NYC Pizza.
