7/21/22 Delicious dinner for two with prompt and courteous service. 3/18/2022 We just had an excellent lunch and the staff was doing much better today about wearing their masks. I've been here dozens of times and always had excellent food and service. Ithas been one of the few places where I feel safe eating inside. But this evening (2/5/2022) we had a delicious dinner served bya guy who couldn't keep his mask on. I finally had to tell him to stay away from our table if he wasn't wearing a mask. Severalof the other staff also seemed very lax about mask protocols. I'm going to go back one more time, and if it's the samesituation I will stop eating there, What a shame.
The worst food in the world, they served us very poorly, they made us wait up to an hour to get the orden , Three different people served us and they never understood. Apart from that, it already tasted very very bad and they didn't come out charging us in the end and the total we only ordered four dishes almost didn't come out. For $100 which I don't think is unfair for having kicked us out to spend a long time waiting for that It is understandable that one is very busy when it is very full but in this case they were empty and it took this long, it is unfortunately disastrous.
We absolutely love eating lunch at this restaurant. We have sampled many items on the menu and have never been disappointed! In the winter, we always choose the Pho. In the summer, we enjoy the Bun with its incredible variety of options, from vegetarian to protein combos. In addition, one of the staff members named September always brings a smile to our faces and provides excellent service. We adore Vietvana!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when my food was 40 minutes late for pickup, even though they marked it as ready in the app, and to top it off, there was a whole spider in it. It was definitely not a fun situation. I appreciate that they offer gluten-free options, but this level of service was completely unacceptable. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Pho was tasty. Too bad service wasn't there. 5 other groups in the restaurant and no one had food. Person next to me that was sat well before I arrived hadn't even gotten to order, so I left. Because they sell Korean soju (rare), I want to give them another chance, but having to walk out makes that a low possibility. Service: Dine in

This was my first time eating here for lunch, and it was fantastic! The only issue was that the server forgot to bring our Cokes. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly.

I didn't try the pho, but the papaya salad and Vietnamese crepes were delicious! An inviting place with an interesting menu.
