I experienced some issues with my order. A few items were missing, so I reached out to DoorDash for help. They informed me that I needed to contact Village Deli directly as they use their own drivers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in touch with them since they closed at 3 PM, and I'm still waiting for a refund for the missing items. This kind of back-and-forth shouldn't be necessary.
The food and prices are excellent! The restaurant is always clean and well-organized. The owner, Billy, and the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer delivery, which is a great advantage, and you can also place orders through GrubHub.
Great prices, delicious food, and fast service. I couldn't ask for more! I just wish they had better coffee and a larger space—I'm a bit claustrophobic (I know, nitpicking).
