We called about 6:30 on a Saturday knowing that it would be a little busy. We placed a $56 order and was told it would be there in about an hour I told the lady on the phone that we live in a condo with a locked door so when the guy gets here give us a call and we 'll let him in she took my phone number down. Right up before 8:30 our food still had not arrived so I called to find out what was going on she replied oh you 're the delivery on Elm Street! yeah he came and you never answered your phone. long story short we ordered a $56 dinner for my family on a Saturday was told it would be there in an hour almost 2 hours later I had to call to find out where it was. $9 for their “friend chicken sandwich” which is just a chicken patty. No fries, no chips, no drink. $15 for a salad is also crazy. Pathetic.
