However, what truly stood out during our visit was the unprofessional behavior of the man at the front. Initially, we mentioned that we had a party of 4, but a few minutes later had to update that to 7. His response was sarcastic and rude, saying, "WELL, what's it gonna be? 4? 7? 12? First you tell me 4 people, and now it's 7. What's next? 10?" I can appreciate that it was a busy Saturday, but there's no need to take out frustrations on others over a simple mistake. If you enjoy mussels, this is definitely the place to go, as my wife loves them. The pizza is also a good option. However, I had some issues with other items. For example, my Moscow Mule was made with ginger ale instead of ginger beer, which was quite disappointing. When the bartender insists they're the same, it might be time to consider getting drinks elsewhere. I have been coming here for many many years and the breakfast used to be the high spot of my day after shopping at Eastern market. They no longer make breakfast, that was the reason I used to come here. Their sandwiches are underwhelming at best. They took a long time standard and completely changed it. The help is still extremely nice but the new menu is unimpressive.
We stopped here for lunch while exploring the Eastern Market, and it was a fantastic choice! The bloody marys were amazing, and the food was just as delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Our waitress was wonderful too! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. Food: 5/5

Went to Detroit's Eastern Market and stopped in to Vivio's for lunch. It was delicious. Seriously, it's the best grilled chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. My niece had the sliders and loved them too. Excellent service even though it was busy. Our waitress was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awesome **** Mary, I had the famous loaded one and the habanero one and both were killer. Habanero one is definitely hot! The Philly cheesesteak was so good and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here!Food: 5/5
This is the place to go if you love mussels. They serve several variations. Very delicious!! Also, the hamburgers are amazing. Recommend this establishment to all mussel aficionados in the Detroit area.Food: 5/5

Tried Vivio’s for a weekday lunch. Surprisingly busy with the market closed. We tried a variety of **** Mary’s before our meal. Great service and good food. We’ll be back!
