Originally chose Wat Da Pho as a novelty, as it was some place to grab a cheap cheery eat. And wow, it was pretty darn good. The broth for the pho was excellent, their grilled skewers with broken rice was decent, and service super efficient. A big thumbs up for value too.Not what I'd describe as a typical Vietnamese dining premises, but nevertheless was more than satisfied. It certainly stacks up favourably to competition in the city. I'd happily go back for more quick bites.Hey Wat Da Pho - flasks with pre-made self serve tea on the tables would be nice
Pho in Australia is never as good as the real McCoy in Vietnam, but the serves we ate at Wat Da Pho were pretty good. I chose the beef classic and my partner selected chicken pho. Both cost $10.80 and proved to be a hearty lunch. Sharing our table was a woman eating chicken on skewers with a great looking salad. She said it was delicious. There are plenty of options so we'll be sure to step into the small restaurant again.
We were really impressed with our Pho ga here last night. It was delicious and authentic Pho you'd have on the streets of Vietnam. Our kids were not that happy with their spring roll vermicelli bowl and skewers vermicelli bowl. The lychee cocktail was delicious. Quick and friendly service.
Place looks nice .refrigerated prepared rice rolls where exactly that refrigerated the pho soup base was very bland Wouldn't say the expetience was terrible wouldn't say it was good .non enjoyanle drive to victoria st if you want the real McCoy

The pho is much better than miss chu, in my opinion. But of course, pho in footscray or richmond will be much better! but the venue at least is clean and not too crowded, so its more convenient to be here. Service is good.
Excellent Vietnamese food at an affordable price in South Melbourne. Their phos are excellent. It is a small place - good for lunch or dinner. Customer service is OK - but a bit rough and could be a bit more friendly.
Spring rolls over-priced but were yum. The pho was delicious, the noodle salad with beef also delicious however both lacked some depth of flavour. Clean, fresh, friendly spot.
Had the beef pho here - not as good as Mekong in the city. Soup not so tasty, not as much beef and condiments are not on the table. No tea served. Not very big inside.

We ate her a few weeks ago, had been wanting to try the restaurant for a while. I was a little disappointed with my meal, but I truly think I ordered the wrong dish
Nice vibe and decor and the atmosphere is always buzzing. Pho is good, as are the spring rolls. It's a safe bet.
