My order was really late, and half of it never arrived. The only thing the driver could tell me was that Grubhub would issue a refund. I ended up having to call them because they only refunded me $4, but I was missing more than $20 worth of food. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with this food delivery service. I won’t be using Grubhub anymore.
Avoid visiting this restaurant within an hour of closing time. I ordered a sandwich at 9:20 PM, but when I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was hurried out and informed that the deli had closed some time ago. The staff was unhelpful and didn't mention anything about a refund. Instead, I recommend making the 8-minute drive to the Wawa in Cranford.
The service was highly unprofessional. I waited for a gas attendant who never came, and as we were leaving, I noticed him on his phone. It's frustrating because I would have filled my own gas if I could, but the system doesn't permit it. It's just disappointing.
I visited the restaurant at 9:40 p.m. tonight and encountered a lack of service. My daughter went in to inquire about our order, and they told her we only had 5 minutes left if I wanted to fill my car with gas, as they were about to close. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The overnight shift staff is always extremely helpful, and my food consistently comes out just right! The employees are friendly, and the customer service is great. I highly recommend it—10/10! Excellent job, Wawa!
The coffee here is great! However, it's worth noting that the deli closes one hour before the store, at 9:00 PM, but this information isn't mentioned anywhere.
I really enjoy this store! The employees are wonderful and put in a lot of effort to do their jobs well, especially in the mornings when I need my refreshers.
