Pretty disappointed. This is the 4th time Ive ordered a large Chili and they said they dont have any. Then all the other stuff Ihad ordered like the Bacon Double Stacks had pretty much NO condiments and they fries they used to "substitute" my Chili with were incredibly over salted. I usually dont like leaving bad reviews but after Id been burned over 3 times Im becoming a little sour towards our local Wendys. And that sucks cause I love Wendys! But whoever it is that is making it pretty much impossible to be able to get what we originally ordered is making really difficult to enjoy it or recommend anybody to go to Wendys.
My cousin and I went into this restaurant to get a hamburger. We were the third people in line, but the line moved very slowly. The young girl at the counter seemed inexperienced or unprofessional. The food was not very warm, overall making it a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I was just visiting and had to catch a flight that night. Food took more than 30minutes for a spicy value meal, salad, and chicken nuggets value meal. It dont take no more than 6-8min for chicken patty to be cooked and prepped. After waiting for like 15min for a cashier to take our order since there computer system order screen was not working right to place the order Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
The fries and Dave's Combo were served cold and seemed to have been fried way earlier. It was not the best meal we've had at Wendy's, with the quality being noticeably lower. Every Wendy's location is consistent. The service is just average. We dined in for lunch and spent between $1-10 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
It took a long time to receive our order and the cheese seemed old, with the food not being hot. While this place is usually great, this time I was very unimpressed.
The desi staff members were very quick and friendly, ensuring that my order was both correct and fresh. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated!
