The service level is very high meaning it is something they do not because they were taught to be friendly and professional those two attributes appear to come easy for the staff here. Dining are is clean and the manager covers this area asking patrons if there is anything that he can for them. The food was served quickly and cooked properly. I will make this Wendy's my favorite restaurant!
Come here every so often usually smooth sometimes busy and slow, this particular lady in the drive through was very rushy and handed my food over with a stank ugly face. Bad customer service I went back around to get a frosty and she just stuck her hand out like she was annoyed and didn’t say anything… very weird maybe someone had a bad New Years.
Every time I visit, there are no baked potatoes available. I always call ahead to check if they're making more, and they assure me that they are, but when I arrive, there are none left. It's really frustrating!
The food wasn't great. The lemonade was quite unpleasant, which I found hard to believe. The fries were also overly salty. On the positive side, the interior is spacious if you prefer dining in. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
after waiting at the counter we left without food. there were several workers inside, they looked at us several times, but did not ask us what we wanted.
The orange dream cycle ice cream that was advertised was not available. Why promote it if you don't have it?
