I placed a mobile order which did not get filled until 30 minutes after arriving to pickup what was supposed to be ready at 9:15. Orders after I arrived were filled before mine and then I was told there were no frostys available and I couldn't get a refund for that part of my order. The young adults that were at the counter waiting for their order when i arrived seemed to have distracted the entire staff as they giggled and laughed while only focusing on their order.
