DON’T COME HERE !!! I came in on April 2nd and they was out of frosty when I asked for an refund the manager Kesha didn’t explain to me how to get my money back until I asked to come back and actually explain it to me. Once I reached out to the mobile app they told me a case was created but was never heard anything back from them. When I reached out on April 9th I was told it was escalated again but no one reached out again. So I reached back out today just for them to tell me the store would have to refund me once talking to the store the GM Jordan standing in stated they would have give the refund everyone in that store has an nasty attitude and doesn’t know an thing about customer service...
This Wendy's spot is nasty. I came here today with a colleague of mine, and the service was a disgrace. The women who were working the cashier and doing the cooking were gossiping the whole time. The service took longer to get the food than it did to get our drinks. The atmosphere was dirty because it had trash and sticky stains all up and through there. The food was okay for a fast food place anyway.
Customer service was horrible. As soon as I walked to the counter the young lady at the registered walked off and said she ain’t taking any orders. She just stood behind the register not doing anything and then someone else took my order. The person handling my nuggets wasn’t wearing any gloves. The only positive thing was that my nuggets were hot.
Although there was no line, we still had to wait quite a while—over 20 minutes—after paying. They had us step back to reset the timer, but the service was really slow. When we asked about the delay, they said they were "waiting on fresh products." But honestly, how long does it take to prepare a fresh Biggy Bag?

Don’t know what changed in the last couple of months but this is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve been to when compared to the volume of customers. You place a mobile order ahead of time and still have to wait 10-15 minutes after you get there. Crazy part is they will still forget your sauce
Drive thru order. Girl kept saying what else what else very rudely and repeated my order and still didn’t ring all I ordered up. So had to pay twice. Salad was OLD. Wasted time and money.

The place was clean and the service was fair but the food was a miss. Burger was definitely not fresh and the fries were overcooked by a lot.
