My experience at Wendy's was disappointing. The meat was overcooked and seemed like it had been sitting on the grill for hours. It's the same issue every time I visit, even after more than a year since my last trip. Clearly, quality has taken a backseat here. I believe the health department needs to pay a visit. The drive-thru orders are consistently messed up, and the same goes for dining inside—nobody seems to care. Prices have gone up while the quality has declined, and even food workers are only making around $18 an hour. It’s frustrating! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at any of the three Wendy's locations in GVR.
The food was okay but the fries were not hot and crispy as advertised. Everything was pretty filthy, the food prep surfaces to the lobby, walls and lemonade dispensers, as well as the fake plant vases and the bathrooms. There were 4 employees when we got there and two more arrived shortly after but no one was doing anything. No customers in the drive through and we were the only ones in the lobby, so why was the whole place dirty? The mop was sitting at a table looking like somebody thought about cleaning a spill but changed their mind, it was still sitting there when we left. This location should get it together!
This place is what happens when no one cares about anything or anyone. The staff act like you're inconveniencing them, some don't even look up from their phones when they're taking your order. The handicap spots are always taken by non-handicap vehicles. One time I even saw someone park in the crosshatching between the 2 handicap spots while an employee watched, laughing. The Coke Freestyle machine is out of almost everything. There are people living in the bushes next to the drive through. Generally speaking, I'd avoid this location as often as possible.
Horrible drive through experience. Around midnight 5-28-22. 4 people in front of us and it took 25 minutes for a salad. They didn’t tell me until I got to the window that they were out of grilled chicken and then they didn’t give me my dressing. Waited at the window to ask them for it and figured I already wasted enough time waiting on them.

The customer service here is excellent! The staff in the morning were incredibly helpful and friendly. Today, especially, when customer service seemed to be lacking, I received outstanding service! I really hope the man who assisted me with the French toast sticks gets promoted to manager!
the team that will load this is quite amazing in my opinion. I've been there three times, everyone with their own challenges, but eating was still what I ordered and the team went over and beyond to keep their cool and offer a smile when they gave me my order
Had to wait 15 minutes for me 2 sales. Went in to check and after asking about it, they started to make them with lettuce form sandwiches that looked old. Asked them to forget it and give me a refund, she said they don't do refunds.
The staff is terrible; the fries are often served cold, and they frequently forget items. The employees don't take their jobs seriously, seem to have too much fun, and are often seen eating the food.

One of the best fast food places around that area. Service was super fast and very friendly. My fries were fresh and crispy. 100% recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a quick bite.
