Wendy's location 51st Ave and Indian School. We will NEVER go to this location again.I had to give it 1 star because zero stars was not an option. This is the absolute worst Wendys I have ever been too. It started off great as the employee working the drive thru was great. 1st we asked if they had cookies, she went and checked and said they do so we added a few. We ordered 2 combo meals, large sized and 2 large cups of chili. She she read everything back after we ordered. We got to the window and paid and then she says they dont have any cookies. waited in a line from car to 1st loudspeaker in the thru running gear. after waiting for minutes said the rude cash that the line was closed, refused my order, even after waiting in the line and other cars their order. I explained the line is open, no way to know their closed. the bank was rude in its answer, in the grunde oh well. this is actually the second time that this happened at this place. will never return to this place again. eating is terrible, the staff is rude and obviously not happy to work there.
Never seen such a slow paced staff at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Doesn 't help its ran by a bunch of teenagers, did not see one shift leader over 21. Got a front cashier that doesn 't greet the long line of customers waiting on them. Not once did they say sorry I 'll be right with you . No urgency. No courtesy. ???? HIGHLY recommend you get someone OLDER and EXPERIENCED to train your staff on multi tasking and customer service immediately.
Was told to wait a couple of minutes and ended up Waited over 10 minutes with no further response so had to I leave with no food since I only have a limited to for lunch break. The place wasn't even busy; only 1 person before me and lobby was locked. Can't really call a place fast food when one order is enough to completely bing a business to a halt for over 10+ minutes. Avoid this place if your short on time.

Slowest drivethru of any Wendy's I've experienced. Only had one lane one and took 10 minutes per car to take an order. Waited for 20 minutes and and then was told they were no longer serving breakfast and I could come back in 10 minutes if I wanted lunch. Service at this location is always bad, but this was the worst I've ever seen it. Don't go to this dump the service is the worst!
It seems like there was only one person working while the rest of the staff stood around for over 20 minutes. I’ve visited several Wendy’s locations, but the food here tasted bad, and I couldn’t finish my meal. I really love Wendy's, but this particular location at 51st and Indian School appears to be poorly managed. I won’t be returning to this place.
The young ladies at the drive through were very rude to my husband, and have no good customer service skills, when asked a simple question, they automatically got an attitude and wanted to argue. He was in no way rude or disrespectful, but received rude and disrespectful behavior, over a simple request.
Unlike a similar Wendy's, that me and my child went to. this Wendy's happens to be a nice place with friendly staff. The lady in the Drive-Thru when we were picking up our food was helpful, courteous, and polite. Honestly, I would recommend this place to anybody.

I experienced slow service despite the presence of many staff members. The food was cold, and the tables were dirty. I was just looking for a quick lunch. Overall, I'd rate the food a 2 out of 5.
Never ever will I go to Wendy's again the food was terrible first of all they gave our order to another customer and no lid for drinks the meat was so dry
