2 weeks ago, my friend and I stayed in the wendy’s on the 2nd street in some to find out they decided to close an hour early, but no one harassed to tell someone that was in the drive-thru. After about 17 minutes I decided that the service was not as slow as it is normally, but that something else must have been completely off, so I took it on me out of my vehicle and knocked on the doorway that they did not answer to their phone, although it were people in the work. Finally I called the person I saw in the window while I knocked on her window and said I would call the cops to check them if they didn't react. at that point after almost 38 minutes waiting time I was told that they were closed...
DO NOT COME HERE. Mangers are very rude and do not care about the job I spent $70 on food get to my house and half of the food is missing after asking and confirming before I left that everything was in there. I call the store and got complete nasty attitude.. telling me that all the food was in there when obviously it wasn’t or I wouldn’t be calling. Then I’m told that I can’t come back till the next day to get my dinner because the manger doesn’t want to see me and I need to wait for a general manger.. employee never game there name and then hangs up. Horrible costumer service. Coming from someone that has worked on the fast food industry. This is not how a employee takes care of there cus...
Mandy and Tim are wonderful team members at this Wendy’s! I've never had a better experience at a Wendy’s before. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming! We definitely need more people like Tim and Mandy! Mandy went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and she was fantastic! Tim was cheerful and had a wonderfully positive attitude. We need more workers like them in the industry! Many thanks! I highly recommend the Wendy’s on Candia Street; it’s a great choice for families with children!
I love the chili. I always ask for extra shredded cheese..which they instantly CHARGE you for but fail to do. Sometimes you get a spoon, sometimes not and crackers are hit or miss also. Considering the pay that is advertised on the sign..they may want to take more pride in their work. I am a healthcare provider and get paid less. I always remember to do my job.

I had never been to this restaurant until this morning when we were in a hurry. We stopped by, and the maple chicken croissant sandwich caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly, and although we had to wait a few minutes for our order, it was definitely worth it! The sandwich was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great job, Wendy's!
The service was excellent; despite being busy, we didn't have to wait long. The food was hot and fresh. Our server was friendly and well-prepared for our order. We were greeted at the window with a bright smile in a lovely setting. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. Overall, a fantastic experience: 5/5!
Alexis (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) was truly a breath of fresh air! She was kind and always smiling, both inside and out. Make sure to appreciate this rare gem of an employee. I usually visit this Wendy's and the service isn't typically great, but today it was wonderful. Thank you!
The parking lot and drive-thru line are somewhat limited in size, which can occasionally prevent you from accessing the restaurant if the drive-thru line is backed up. However, the staff works efficiently, and the food consistently delivers excellent quality.

Whoever was manning the grill tonight deserves to train other locations on how to prepare a Dave's Double. The burger was perfectly assembled—neither messy nor greasy—and the vegetables were crisp. It was the best Wendy's burger I've ever had.
Hadn't been there in a while. They screwed up my sandwich and gave me the wrong one on the second try.The food was fine and fast. Just not what I ordered.
