This place was usually pretty good before I stopped eating at Wendy 's. So Friday, I had a little time to grab something to eat on my way in to work. I sat through a long drive thru line just to get to the speaker to order to wait another 4-5 minutes for someone to take my number and no one ever came. So I pulled up to the window and the building is full of employees from what I could see but they weren 't taking orders. I had to constantly blow and wave to find that out that they weren 't serving customers. They just pulled a rack of buns in front of the window. Common sense would tell you to put a sign on your doors and the speaker to say you all are closed for the day due to whatever reas...
I ordered the new burger with the pretzel bun combo with a sweet tea. When I got to the window to pay the gentleman gave me a different amount then what I was told when I ordered. He did quickly rectify that and was very friendly. Got to the window to pick up my food and the gentleman handed me the bag and told me I needed to pull up to wait for the rest of my order. At that point I was confused. I asked what I was waiting for and was told pull up and he would let me know. At that point a lady came to the window and said I needed to pull up because someone was making my tea sweet. I waited about 4 minutes before someone brought me my tea. To make matters worse, the staff members in the evening have a bad attitude and treat customers as if they're an inconvenience. Their drive-thru process is inefficient as well. They make you wait at the pay window until someone calls you to the pick-up window, causing lengthy delays because they prefer to wait until the food is ready before moving you along. This manipulates their drive-thru wait times and leads to a slow experience overall. In summary, they refuse to accept credit cards in the evening, have rude employees, and their inefficient system results in unreasonably long wait times. The food I had was good, but the staff's attitude left much to be desired. When I went to pay, no one greeted me, and when I asked for an extra sour cream, the two women serving food and drinks acted as if I were asking for money. I only needed one additional sour cream. Perhaps they were having a tough day or were overwhelmed, but they should consider adjusting their attitudes. After all, someone else might be having an even worse day. A simple request could be handled with less stress if approached with a more positive attitude. This location always seems to have issues. Every time I go, something is out of order, and I often find myself waiting to be called to the second drive-thru window for my food. Which fast food chain does that? I should be able to pay at one window and then move directly to the next to pick up my order. It’s frustrating and feels unprofessional at the same time.
Discovering a quality fast food restaurant can be quite a challenge these days. However, I recently came across one at Wendy’s on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow! My food was hot, delicious, and served in generous portions. Plus, the customer service at the Drive-Thru was a refreshing experience! Ready! I'm back in my Terminator voice!
Absolutely loved this Wendy's. The atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere were a welcome surprise! My only complaint was the restroom. The restrooms were disorderly and under supplied. Great friendly staff and I LOVE the Adoption support display just wish it wasn't displayed on the way to the bathroom.
last night was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the good service, with the high quality food and wine and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt visit there again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Nearly every time we visit, our order is incomplete or wrong. Most recently I received a chicken biscuit that was not fully cooked. It is the most convenient fast food to my home, but we will not be back.
