We didn't receive everything we paid for at this restaurant in Florida. Here in Puerto Rico, the food and service are excellent, which is why we usually opt for takeout. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I also called the provided number for further assistance, but all I got was a voicemail instructing me to call back at another time. As a result, half of our group ended up not eating that night.
What do you do when you leave Halloween Horror Nights feeling starving? You head straight to Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru, but from what I could see inside, it looked clean and well-organized. The service was fast, and the food was just what we needed at that late hour. My burger was delicious! My wife, who has celiac disease, ordered a taco salad, and she’s never had a bad reaction. Thank you!
AVOID: They use the useless AI ordering for drive through, it took 10 mins to get my food after ordering there was 1 car in front of me. They use the AI ordering but are still extremely slow. Big mistake. I ordered a Biggie bag and took a bite of the burger and immediately knew something was wrong. The burger had a strange taste to it. The bun was stale and dry. The patty had a strange grey color smh. The next day sure enough....food poisoning. Inspect the food before eating from here. Food was OK but the service is so slow we waited 20 mins just for 2 frosty. We had to wait until each meal was served number by numbet.. It would be so much better if the drinks /frosty could be served instead of looking at mobile while the food cooks Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
So the cash register shut down on us, and they took care of us as we were ordering at the end of the day, and they took care of us. The food was so good, and they were super nice. They should be commended for their spirit to serve and the graciousness indealing with a very large group.
Had the best Wendy?s experience I?ve ever had. Food was absolutely fresh and the order was completely correct. Staff went above and beyond to make our late night take out perfect. I will 1000% be returning just because of the staff and our positiveexperience tonight, thank you Wendy?s!
