Earlier this week, I went through the drive thru line and attempted to get the seasonal Strawberry Salad. However Jose (the night manager) stated as I was about the pay, he could not make the salad without cheese because everything is pre-made. I stated, I know you can because other Wendy 's across the country have been able to make salads with no cheese. Jose continued to say he could not make it while I was trying to say the cheese was an allergy. After he interrupted me several times, I mentioned should I call corporate and explain what happened. I visited on Tuesday, August 22nd, around 1:45 PM, and I was truly impressed by the politeness, professionalism, and speed of the drive-through staff at both windows. The service was exceptional, and we were also pleasantly surprised by the freshness and generous portions of both the Pecan Walnut Salad and the Cobb Salad! This Wendy's greatly exceeded our expectations!
This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to! My family and I love their chili cheese baked potatoes. Many Wendy's locations seem to cut corners, but this one serves up the most delicious chili cheese baked potatoes with generous portions of cheese and chili. These are, without a doubt, the best baked potatoes we've ever had at Wendy's. So tasty!
My niece and nephews loved the food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a little weird (parking spots are very close to the drive thru). But besides this small complaint, an all-around great experience.Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming to kids.
Last week, my son's card didn't work, and Adam kindly stepped in to pay for his lunch. Today, I made sure that Adam was repaid the $5. He in turn donated it to support children in need. What a wonderful spirit! We are truly impressed by him.
A young man behind the counter named Jason made my stop a pure pleasure. He was quick, kind and courteous. Everything else was as I would expect at a Wendy's, but this young man went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Jason.

Horrible experience. Order completely wrong. Mad screaming man in the back of store. Front order taker lady screaming back at him. Really crazy experience!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Baconator was bad. Didn't figure it out until I was down the road.Brewed ice tea is gone and the machine tea is awful.No reason to back to Wendy's at all.
