Was here a year ago and came back with a friend. It's still a very good place for a wine, beer, spirit and bistro type meal. It's nice to find a place that has interesting wines by the glass that you generally can't find anywhere else. Pity we had planned to dine elsewhere as one felt like settling in for the evening, sipping on unusual wines and enjoying the food and ambiance. A great place to relax for a few hours or a whole evening. Really good staff as well that know the drinks they are flogging. Really cosy joint.
Found myself in North Hobart after a business meeting and what a delightful little discovery this little wine bar was! By myself and feeling like light bite and nice glass of wine and I struck gold! Sat at the bar in this ambient space and was greeted with friendly service, fantastic wine list and delicious chicken pate! A perfect pit stop to the end of a business day.

During our 5 day stay in North Hobart we visited Willing Bros wine bar twice and even on a Tuesday night this place was packed. It has a great cosy ambience, an extensive wine list and some delicious small meals. Well worth a visit.

Not much open late on a Thursday winter evening but found the warm and inviting Willing Bros, just missed the kitchen but the menu looked interesting, wine list and beers extensive, hip crowd nice venue.
The best French food; wine was amazing too. Could not recommend highly enough. We went with a group of friends an shared some plates to share; we have been dreaming of the amazing food ever since.
Top service from proprietors Carl and James, who always give a warm welcome – be it your first visit or your local. Great decor and the best chicken liver paté I've ever had.
This venue is a small intimate space to go and spend time with friends and sample some great wines. For me it is a touch of Sydney in Hobart.

Excellent selection by the bottle or by the glass. Also a nice selection of food to accompany the excellent wine list.
