Surprised to see some of the reviews for this location so thought I'd give my experience. The food including wings, fries, corn etc are 5/5. They make the wings great, have all the flavors and have packaged them well for my orders. I will say something is definitely wrong with their soda machine, as it can't even make a regular coke correctly (as of November 2023). I hope a manager or someone from the store may see this and fix the issue, as it is disappointing. The store is also small as most wing stop locations. I visited this Wingstop recently, and my order was ready in just four minutes. Unfortunately, the wings I received were cold and excessively coated, which made it seem like they had given me leftover pieces. To make matters worse, the manager, Oliver, was incredibly rude; I could hear him yelling at his employees in an unprofessional manner, which was truly disheartening to witness. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen him behave like this—he consistently has a negative attitude and a poor temperament. This place is so unprofessional. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant but at the same time make sure that you're actually packing people's orders properly and actually apologize for not giving it right the first time. Thank you Wingstop for giving me cold wings now because I had to drive back with my wings to show you the proof that you did not give me my full order. Next time don't shrug your shoulders at me because you messed up I just wanted to eat my food not have to drive back and forth because of a mess up you did.
Unprofessional, lazy. They can't even package food properly let alone act responsible for wasting my time and money. Do not come to this location. The food was perfectly done. the time I got there the order was just being printed out. In no time, they had the food ready. I still had to drive 7 miles to my house. The chicken was still crispy. This place is now being put into the rotation.
I got food from here 2 days ago ago and I think whoever made my food was sick because immediately after I was done eating my food I had a sore throat, fever and later flu symptoms. ?? wear mask please if sick !
I love wingstop. The Monrovia location is always on point with the food. My favorite wings are the lemon pepper wings and fries. Will return to this location, service is always pleasant.

They accused us of not placing an order, and when we finally did, they never delivered our food. It was a total scam—don't bother coming here.
