already there was sushi in big on the entrance, there are only two-three kinds with superimi, cucumbers and small pieces of dubious salmon, the dishes supposed to be hot are cold, the meats in sauces are simply tips of fat and the wok is extremely badly done. (bad material and way to make really strange) about hygiene, 0 gloves while handling various foods, have seen them with dirty clothes (jogging, stained cup) and I advise you to look at the kitchen when you see them opening the door. bacs are dirty and wok sauces do not match at all, some are even keep in old bottles of water. Wands are not even in a packaging. result a nice stomach cramp 30 min after the meal.
the staff is very nice but the rest - - cold dishes of all. I took the last two sushi and not restocked. idem no shrimp dough these dishes (among others) remain desperately empty during our entire meal. the coffee takes a quarter of an hour to flow and goes out almost cold!!! Cold room, we kept our jacket. no hot towel as it is customary at the end of the meal. Let's not go on our way.
positive points:-significant choice compared to other Chinese troyes-chrimp buffet in beignet has all the servicesplates renewed but come rather at the beginning of service.Negative point:It is cold in the room. Classic buffet and good Wok is less and less well since the products are not cooked enough hygiene is not very reassuring but the nems and other speciality are very good. I recommend in relation to the other Chinese restaurants around troyes

This restaurant is a canteen. We use ourselves, not very much choice of desserts, damage! otherwise clean establishment, idem toilet.
