The Yogurtland in Pico Rivera is often lacking a manager on-site, and it shows. I’ve noticed the staff struggling to keep things running smoothly, and it’s concerning to hear that an employee is actually the one responsible for purchasing Yogurtland products. This is quite unprofessional. Now, it seems that purchases are only being processed after two months, which is also very unprofessional. I really feel for the employees who have to work under these circumstances.
This restaurant would earn 4 or 5 stars, but they don’t open until 12 noon. They really need to start opening earlier, as 10 AM would be much better.
