The Yogurtland in Pico Rivera frequently operates without a manager on-site, and it’s noticeable. The staff often seem to struggle with maintaining smooth operations, which is worrisome, especially since an employee is reportedly handling product purchases. This is quite unprofessional. Additionally, purchases now appear to be processed only after two months, further reflecting poor management. I truly sympathize with the employees working under these conditions.
This location that I visited once charged my account for a purchase made months before, I have been dealing with the bank assuming it was fraud- charging people months later without notice because they failed to do their job is extremely confusingand unprofessional
Yogurtland would easily deserve 4 or 5 stars, but they don’t open until 12 noon. It would be much better if they opened earlier, around 10 AM. Their menu offers great options, and starting the day earlier would make the experience even better.
I haven't visited this location for over three years. The ice cream selection continues being delicious but, the fruit toppings weren't appealing. The fruits (strawberries and black berries) where passed due... definitely won't return here. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
