8/2018This was a restaurant that I'd go to twice a month but has been declining in last few months. Last night I ordered 2 burgers 2 fries 2 gravy and 2 root beer first off service was poor I called my order in and it seemed like I was interrupting her tv show and putting her out.the burgers were overdone and dry French fries were soggy and limp no salt or pepper added let alone supplied in bag.i called there today to complain as only time management there just kept saying we use everything fresh would listen to me explain the onion had no smell and soft the only thing edible was two cans or root beer this is not a cheap diner meal was over twenty dollars so my advice keep your money drive t...
We went to Waterdown location. Our first clue should have been it was absolutely dead and it was supper time. I ask if they had combos and server looked at me like I was an idiot. I ask if I could get any piece of chicken with my Greek salad and she said ya and I said how much and she said $18.00?? So I got the salad without chicken and my son for a bacon and cheese double burger and fries. The burger is a good size but should be for almost $10 and the fries were so over cooked and greasy. I think they keep reusing old fries that are either pre cooked or the oil is old My salad was ok but had old mushrooms in it and not enough dressing and difficult to mix in the container. Order 2 burgers 2 fries 2 root beer. And 2 gravy this food was inedible. Had two bites of one burger absolutely no flavour even onions had no taste that’s from not being fresh French fries were so droopy and no salt or pepper added or given in bag only thing good was the root beer called store today said nothing but sorry and repeated how they use fresh ingredients I’m a regular customer at this restaurant but after dealing with this no more save you money and go down the street fast food is better and they will replace or refund if not happy with your meal

Food was really good. Poutine had too much gravy but that's the only con I could find. Will be going back for sure!
