During my visit to Zabon Ramen, I opted for the miso ramen with chashu and an egg, and I truly enjoyed the energetic ambiance. Overall, I would give the restaurant a rating of 7 out of 10. The service was both friendly and attentive, while the food itself was quite tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5.
I ordered the spicy lemon pork bites and the miso ramen. Sadly, the pork bites were too salty for my taste; I found it difficult to enjoy them without the accompanying cabbage, which helped balance the flavor a bit. Did they add too much salt to the pork? As for the miso ramen, it was quite disappointing—nothing stood out as particularly special. On a positive note, the servers were very friendly.
I really enjoy the private booths and the ambiance of this place. I appreciate that they offer not just pork broth, but also vegetarian and fish options, which is fantastic. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, and they stay open late, which is a bonus. They have excellent happy hour deals as well. And if you don't try the chicken karaage here, you're truly missing out on something special!
The food was incredible! Every dish was not only delicious but also creamy, and I definitely recommend it. One unique aspect of this restaurant is its hours; it stays open until 11:30 p.m. on Mondays, which is fantastic since most restaurants in the area close around 8 or 10 p.m. I really value that. This ramen restaurant is amazing! I had their signature Spicy Zabon ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. It was served in about 10 minutes and tasted incredibly fresh. We also got the gyozas, which were fantastic. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. On top of that, there’s plenty of parking available for customers.
This restaurant has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, with outstanding service and truly incredible food. I highly recommend it! We're already looking forward to our next visit for another giant bowl of perfectly cooked ramen—it's pure happiness in a bowl!
I tried Zabon Ramen for the first time, and I have to say that my favorite dish was their fried rice. It was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The ramen options were easy to choose from, and the waitress was friendly and attentive.
