"We reserved a table for my friend's hen party at 9 pm, only to arrive and find out that there was a 50th birthday celebration happening. We were not informed about this in advance, nor did we receive any apology for the oversight. We are very disappointed with the service and lack of communication, as it completely disrupted the plans for my friend's hen party."
