One time, a staff member gave me extra bacon in place of the toast that I didn't want, while another staff member refused to make any substitutions. However, I never experienced any negative reactions from the food here, which is usually just bacon and eggs. The staff are generally friendly, although not always very knowledgeable, depending on who you interact with."
