We started with the weekly lab special, which was a delightful pairing with a lovely flavor profile. One of us ordered the Donair gnocchi, while two others went for the Bucket of Chicken. Although the portion of the gnocchi was a bit on the smaller side, the taste was exceptional and definitely worth a try.
The chicken was poached with herbs and seasoning, coated with ringolos and maple, and then fried to perfection. Honestly, I have never tasted better chicken. It was light, juicy, and tender, bursting with incredible flavor. This dish is also a must-try!
