Had my first ever luxury manicure, luxury pedicure and full body massage here today. It is warm and welcoming from entry to finish. Staff are very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatments. Absolutely loving my nails! And the massage was extremely relaxing and helpful to learn that I had very tight muscles in some areas. The masseuse spoke to me about stretching out my muscles before workouts, which was nice to hear she was taking an interest in making me feel better. I enjoyed the whole experience and even though it was my first, I feel I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for future treatments! A very nice added extra was that I was a bit hungry after all that pamper...

I can't express how grateful I am to the personal of medispa. they are welcoming, responsive and very helpful and provided detailed information about the products. I would recommend this service and product to anyone with uneven tinted / pigmented skin. there is no price to restore my appreciation.

I was sure I felt comfortable and had water during my treatments. salon was clean and covid measures on site and so place felt comfortable during my treatments.
Claire is one of the highly skilled staff at Another Level that does her very best with customer care. She’s very gifted with making you at ease whilst being professional at the same time. I’m a regular client of hers and cannot recommend her highly enough. x
