Super cozy little shop with a nice mini patio area outside that's dog friendly! We enjoyed a veggie cold sandwich, an Italian grinder panini, and a half size strawberry chicken salad that was enormous (if that's only half... what's the full size?! . Salad had tons of varied toppings and protein which made it super filling and satisfying. The veggie sandwich was so fresh and filled with nice textures, and the cheesy hot Italian panini was just crispy panini perfection. We also got some ice cream- those generous scoop sizes are not for the diet minded!! The employees are so friendly, the selection is diverse, and the menu includes sandwiches (there is a figgy sandwich special that sounds delicious), coffees, ice cream and more. This is my girlfriend's favorite, and she says ONLY, place to get black licorice icecream around here. Being that they also sell icecream in pints and quarts, my GF went with a quart and let me taste some. Expecting a overwhelming strong licorice taste, I found it unexpectedly very tasty! I myself also ordered a cup of cookies n cream and enjoyed it very much. Cant wait to go back and try other menu items! I forgot to mention, they have a Drive-Thru as well as inside area!!
This place is a real gem! It has a lobby and drive thru. Ample parking (about 10 15 cars . The menu is EXTENSIVE all of the latte flavors you might want, breakfast and lunch options, amazing pastries and ice cream and shakes. There always seems to be plenty of seating inside and they have a small patio outside. The staff is SO friendly. They try to remember your name and your order. Sometimes (since I am very consistent with my order they will see me in line 2 3 people back and let me know they are starting on my drink! Check this place out. What a cool place! I'm from Southern California and was visiting the Seattle area for five days to see my sister. I stopped by Auntie Irene's three times. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The staff is both cordial and efficient and they serve great coffee. I enjoyed a tasty sandwich one day and some of their delicious pastries on my other two visits. I could not help but notice that the owner was exactly what an owner should be present, helping her staff, and seeing to things in general. I plan on going back to Auntie Irene's the next time I visit my sister.
A fantastic place Drove through here looking for some coffee, and they delivered! I got a vanilla Americano and was very pleased with it. The coffee was strong and had a lot of flavor. We also tried their Grilled Turkey Pesto and Tuna Melt sandwiches. Both were fantastic! We were very pleased with the portion sizes also, very easy to split a sandwich with someone. Besides that, the whole atmosphere of the shop was really inviting. Can't wait to go back! Written on 2/8/2023
When you take 3 minutes before closing to get 2 scoops of ice cream for the car in front, don 't condescendingly say, I 'm sorry we 're closed. At least own the fact that you didn 't want to take another order so you dragged your feet. Full disclosure, I love this place. The workers are usually great and we have awesome service. We could have gotten them after a long day, but the reason we come back here is for the service. First time in a while the service was poor.
They have breakfast and lunch options, sandwiches, pastries, ice cream, milkshakes, and more. They do all of those well, can't really go wrong anything. Service is great, and on top it all, they have a drive through. One thing to keep in mind is during certain times they can get pretty busy, so be mindful that your order may take longer than usual. Pro-tip: You can call ahead and order here. Well deserved 5 stars from me, I'll go out of my way to pick up food here.
Cutest cafe!!! Let's talk about the drive thru option.... Amazing!!!! So thankful for that when you can't find parking or if you're on the go! Seating everywhere and spacious for being smaller place which was so nice. Felt like home! They don't just serve coffee, they have many options of ice cream (so cool! , soups, salads, warm and cold sandwiches, just love love this place! Definitely will be back again!
1st time here. We got a cup of soup. The soup was really tasty but it took way long time to get it. They may forgotten our order? There are indoor and outdoor tables, cozy settings. They have parking for several cars.
