Worst Experience Ever! Last week, I took my three kids for ice cream, along with their grandparents, and it was a disaster.
1. The man behind the counter, who appeared to be the manager, wasn't wearing a mask at all. Not even hanging off his face. We were the only customers, and all of us, including my three young children, had our masks on. Other customers came in after us, all masked up. Given the current pandemic and the mask mandate, it’s unacceptable for someone serving food to be unmasked. When I asked him where his mask was, he simply replied that he’d been too busy to put one on.
2. We ordered ice cream cups with fun animal toppings. I had to ask for sprinkles, and when I inquired...
I've visited this restaurant a few times, and the service has typically been just okay. However, on my visit tonight (Thursday, July 12), Hannah was my server, and she was truly exceptional—very friendly and quick. When I placed my order, I was the only customer in the place, but soon after, a large group came in. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I was curious to see how she handled the rush, and she did wonderfully. I would definitely hire her! The iced tea I ordered was good, though not outstanding. Overall, I plan to return.
They are not friendly at this Dnd!...I wanted light on the cream on my iced coffee, but drank it anyway, and they knew it, the girl said she didn 't know...dahhhh, the guy never told her So on my way to the out of order bathrooms with two little ones, I asked for alittle coffee to just make up for the iced cream(hardly any coffee) in my previous order!...they refused, just bad customer service!, just awful!!
I understand that working here might not be glamorous, but as others have mentioned, the staff lacks professionalism. For instance, they were cleaning the ice cream counter on a hot Sunday afternoon at 3 PM, when it was 84 degrees outside. Then, they casually asked me, "Are you looking for coffee or ice cream?" This is what I'd call customer service at its worst.

This place is absolutely terrible! I ordered a fresh quart of butter pecan ice cream, and instead, they sent me a two-month-old expired tub. There's no way this was an accident. It's disgusting! This is a dairy product—how can you have expired items like that in your store? I'm going to report this to the health department too. It's unacceptable!
Every time I go in here these people are miserable they really need to take a class how to deal with people . Would it hurt y'all to put a smile on your face and say good morning it's called customer service. Maybe there's a class that you guys could take . I seen one good review on here that must've been a manager pretending he was a customer.
Lazy people workingNo one’s ever at the counter when I come in. Gotta wait for someone to come out the back.Several times I come in and they’re out of things.They have the stuff they’re just too lazy to make it
