Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately felt unwelcome due to the hostile stares from some staff members, which set an uncomfortable tone. As I sat down to order, I couldn't help but notice that my service was significantly slower and less attentive compared to other patrons. I brought this issue to the management's attention, but their response was inadequate. Rather than confronting the problem directly and addressing the staff member's behavior, they appeared dismissive and defensive, which only added to my disappointment. Favorite breakfast and brunch spot since they opened in our town, would go everyday if it wasn't on the more expensive side. But the food is worth it! Service is usually always good, though I guess sometimes some of the waitresses are a bit less welcoming/friendly, but it's rare, and I usually don't see them twice, so it does feel like the quality of the service is important to them.

Ordered a banana and chocolate pancake, there was like 5 slices of bananas and barely any chocolate. Just a dry pancake. Horrible.

Pretty standard breakfast diner, nothing really blew me away.
